Return to Extremeness! The More Important Thing In Life What matters the most in life to you right at this exact moment? It could be a new car or getting schoolwork in on time or making sure you get everything done at work. In all actuality, none of that stuff means jack. There is absolutely nothing in life that matters outside of your relation-ship with Jesus. If you don't have Jesus - you may as well not have anything. No activity, no possession, and no relationship in anyone's life is as important as what you do for Jesus and what He means to you. There is really no reason to worry about anything. Put it all in God's hands and let Him work out the details. And as far as material items go, most those won't last five years - some only five minutes. How can any of these things be more important than God? I have come to the realization that nothing matters in life but God. Don't get me wrong, I still have to make sure I do what is expected of me and that I have the essential items in my life in order to survive, but otherwise we all need to enjoy life a little more - that, indeed, is God's plan for our lives. When we give it all to Him, we can live life more abundantly. That sounds much better to me than a life of worry and stress.
